Hey everyone!
I would like us to realign on getting social content planned and drafted, as well as resume having a 30 minute weekly content meeting so that we are better aligned - especially as we prepare to have 3 live products/services to promote.
- *Roles: **
<@718515388169584651>: propose tBTC content
Ashley: propose thUSD content
<@411450246627983360>: propose TACo content (& irl events as needed)
MacLane & Ashley: All governance, liquidity, cross-promotion and other on-the-fly content
Responsibilities:
- Each contributor comes to the weekly content meeting with a minimum of 3 twitter drafts about their product that are already posted to the social media calendar on Notion.
- For voice consistency, Ashley will serve as final reviewer and publisher of Eugene and Ryan’s pre-drafted content. Ashley’s pre-drafted content will be reviewed by Eugene or Ryan and published by Ashley.
- MacLane and Ashley will serve as on-the-fly authors - for content not planned in advance or reviewed, but feedback is welcomed in the Threshold Network ✜Content thread in mg-main or during our weekly content meeting.
- <@605114424084267209> will be an extra set of eyes responsible for ensuring that our content meets our brand guidelines, that we are apprised of treasury and other DAO matters and that our content is easy to understand. John and MacLane’s roles will both be asynchronous and not require participation in the weekly content meeting.
We win together:
By following the above outline we will be able to guarantee a minimum of 9 tweets per week (3 per product) to promote our products and services and insure that all of our services are receiving consistent promotion on an ongoing basis and that none are put on the sidelines.
Quality control: By drafting in advance we can insure that content meets our brand standards and is free of errors.
This proposed process is subject to alignment, but I wanted to provide something solid based on our past experience. Please let me know if you have any questions or are unable to commit to this.
