Ideation & Research Process

Before our team started brainstorming names for the Conditions-Based Decryption product, we conducted thorough research to ensure that the names accurately represent the product, are available for use and are not already used by another web3 company or product.

The following details our research process prior to product name ideation:

  1. Understand Threshold's target audience: Research Threshold's target audience and understand their preferences, interests, and values. This helps us remember to create a name that resonates with the current and future Threshold community members.
  2. Branding research: The name should align with Threshold's company's brand identity and values. It's important to consider how the name will fit into your overall branding strategy.
  3. Name legitimacy analysis: During our brainstorming, we researched whether 1) the suggested is similar to any existing product or company name and 2) whether the name is unique and stands out in the market.
