Integration Guild’s Scope:
🔗 Threshold’s flagship products are tBTCv2 , Proxy Re-Encryption (”PRE”) and community-led thUSD integration into other protocols on L1, L2 and other chains to build demand, liquidity and adoption.
🔗 Integration of Threshold’s token (”T”).
🔗 Tool assessment and relationship with providers.
🔗 Supporting the definition and execution of staker strategy.
🔗 Other high potential DAO2DAO relationships.

Objective 1: Efficiently Manage Grants and Budget for Key DAO Initiatives

- KR 1: Oversee the correct distribution of grant funding allocations, ensuring transparency and timely reporting on allocated budgets.
- KR 2: Continuously manage and maintain the 3 bug bounty programs for the DAO products, ensuring allocated budget is replenished by end of Q4.
- KR 3: Track the performance of all funded initiatives, ensuring at least 80% meet their objectives within the given timeline.
Objective 2: Oversee In-House Development Activities for DAO Tools and Services

- KR 1: Prioritize and launch 3 new features or improvements for DAO services/products by the end of Q4.
- KR 2: Ensure 100% uptime and ongoing maintenance of critical DAO tools with no more than 5% unplanned downtime.
- KR 3: Improve visibility over the development team activities providing a monthly detailed report on main development efforts.
- KR 4: Create comprehensive documentation and tutorials for 3 major services by the end of the year.
- KR 5: Implement a security audit process for DAO-lead developments, completing audits for 100% of the new services/tools by the end of Q4.
