Guidance for creating OKRs
-use the mission/scope to come up with a few high-level objectives for the quarter
-come up with key results that are specific and measurable from the objectives
-the last step is to assign ownership of key results to individual guild committee members
For Example: One high-level goal might be social presence for Threshold. A bad kr would be "create content for the threshold twitter and mg twitter accounts" a better kr would be "grow the threshold account to 15k followers"
