1 - change the "claim-a-role" channel to "contribute" because that is what DAO contributor farmers look for when they join a new discord. update the post in there to add more clarity about each guild and it's scope within the DAO

2 - make a new opt-in entire category for each guild instead of one channel. same thing where no one sees the category unless they opt-in in "contribute"

3 - create three channels for each guild category.

3a) a locked "ig-welcome" channel that contains a guild overview, key links such as to notion and OKRs / task boards, a contribution submission form, a note on guild call times, a note to drop a self introduction with background, skillz, etc in 3c and tagging who to reach out to for more info about the guild

3b) a locked "ig-standup" channel that only core contributors have access to. This is where committee members can transparently post weekly updates on their activity in the guild to increase coordination

3c) change the current integrations channel to "ig-main" which will continue to be the primary discussion hub for the guild

The contribution submission form mentioned in 3a is for those outside of the committee. This way it's easier to track work for discretionary budgets and new ppl are encouraged to contribute because they know they can earn.

4 - In it's final form create a guild calendy where new people can sign up for 1 on 1 discussions with someone from the guild to talk more about the dao, the guild, and how to get involved. building these relationships is helpful to convert new people to contributing dao members
