Option 1: Delegating via Dashboard
Delegation is accomplished via an on-chain transaction. Make sure you have some ETH in your wallet to pay for gas. Timing your transaction to coincide with low gas-fees may be advisable.
Step 1: Head to https://stake.nucypher.network/manage and connect your wallet
Step 2: Click on delegate. The Dashboard will show some stats relating to your stake, see screenshot below.

Step 3: Enter the address to which you have chosen to delegate your voting power to into the field indicated by the arrow in the screenshot below:

Step 4: After pasting or entering the address, a “delegate” button will appear. Click it and approve the transaction.

Option 2: Delegating via Etherscan
Step 1: Head to https://etherscan.io/address/0x01b67b1194c75264d06f808a921228a95c765dd7#writeProxyContract and connect your wallet

Step 2: Look for “3. delegateVoting” and click it to expand the contained options

Step 3: Enter your staking provider address in the respective box, marked by arrow A below
Step 4: Enter the address to which you have chosen to delegate your voting power to in the box indicated by arrow B
Step 5: Click on the “Write” button indicated by arrow C and approve the transaction
