We transferred the ownership of an escrow used to allocate Coverage Pool rewards to the council.

What you do to allocate rewards:

1. You send some amount of KEEP to BatchedPhasedEscrow@0x1b8e50ec9fbf844c3671bc178df8eadfcff831ca This amount can be what you plan to allocate in the next month/next two months or so. At minimum, this needs to be enough to do a single allocation.

2. You call:

amounts = 50000000000000000000000

Replacing the amount with a weekly allocation. The number above is 50k KEEP.

Transaction from 2. needs to be called every week and it will top-up the reward in the pool.
