🔁 Recurring Treasury Operations

• Weekly Responsibilities:
  • Coordinated and led Treasury calls, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution.
  • Verified DAO treasury balances across multiple multisigs.
  • Maintained the Treasury Position Dashboard, providing clear visibility into DAO holdings.
• Biweekly & Ongoing Duties:
  • Updated and documented the transaction history, including full context and references.
  • Reviewed expense pipelines and conducted cash flow simulations to ensure adequate asset coverage across stablecoins, BTC, and ETH.
  • Drafted and executed treasury transactions in line with operational needs and governance decisions.

🤝 Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Engagement

• Maintained open coordination channels with Flowdesk, StudioB, and other strategic partners.
• Continued engagement with ecosystem participants to support upcoming deployments and incentive strategies across supported and emerging networks.

🌏 StudioB Market Making Proposal – Approval & Implementation

• Continued extensive evaluation and discussion of StudioB’s market-making proposal focused on centralized exchanges in the Korean market.
  • The structure involved a T token loan with a call option, split into four tranches.
  • After final review and internal analysis, the proposal was approved via Threshold Committee poll.
  • Coordinated the initial phases of implementation throughout August, with work continuing into September.

🤝 Flowdesk Liquidity Provision via ETH-Backed Call Options – Approved & Executed

• Deepened analysis and finalized discussion on a Flowdesk liquidity provisioning service for volatile TBTC pairs, structured around ETH call options via a DAO-issued loan.
  • The proposal was approved through a Threshold Committee vote.
  • Coordinated the early-stage implementation, scheduled to continue through September.
